3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • The eSIM has already been activated or has connected to a network.
  • Any amount of data has been used.
  • The eSIM was deleted or removed from the device.
  • The device is not compatible or is carrier-locked.
  • The purchase was made in error or plans changed after delivery.
  • Installation instructions were not followed correctly.

4. Important Notes About Installation

Each eSIM can only be installed once. Deleting the eSIM will permanently disable it.
